Rescheduling Your Appointment

You can reschedule any appointment up to 4 hours before the start time at no cost. Just give us a call and we'll find a new time that works for you.

Cancelling Your Appointment

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made between 4 and 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a small scheduling fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, may be charged a trip fee to compensate the specialist's time.

If We Need to Reschedule

On the rare occasion we need to move your appointment, we'll reach out as early as possible and prioritize you for the next available slot.

Refunds

If you're ever unhappy with a session, please tell us within 7 days. We'll either send a specialist back to make it right or issue a fair refund — whichever you prefer.
