HomeSetup Assist provides friendly, calm assistance with setting up, connecting, and using everyday home technology. We offer both in-home visits and remote guidance through background-checked specialists.

2. Scheduling and Pricing

Pricing is shared with you before any work begins. Estimates are based on the information you provide, and any changes in scope are discussed and approved before we proceed.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your devices and needs.
  • Ensure an adult is present for in-home visits.
  • Have account credentials available where they may be needed.
  • Treat our specialists with courtesy and respect.

4. Service Limitations

We do our best to help with a wide range of home technology, but we cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on third-party providers, equipment beyond repair, or services that fall outside our scope. We will always tell you honestly if we're not the right fit.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other common payment methods.

6. Liability

HomeSetup Assist takes care with every visit. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, except where additional protection is required by applicable law.

7. Third-Party Brands

HomeSetup Assist is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with any third-party brands. Brand names referenced anywhere on our site or materials are used for descriptive purposes only.
